Job Summary:

Neubus is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new sales and revenue from prospective and existing customer accounts for records management solutions.

 

Job Duties:

  • Identify prospective customers through networking, cold calling and executing on account plans and marketing initiatives.
  • Assess assigned customer's current and potential needs, determining appropriate Neubus products and solutions and expand existing relationships and products of assigned accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategies and business/account plans through understanding the client's business model, planning and decision-making channels from understanding the customer's value proposition and ability to explain how they differentiate themselves in the marketplace.
  • Position and illustrate alternative ways of creating the real value of Neubus' total solution offerings for clients through assessing their problems or opportunities and highlighting Neubus' areas of strength, competitive pricing, customer satisfaction and competitive advantages within each existing and net new accounts.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of customer's business trends, current macro and micro economic climate, and new business opportunities.
  • Maintain communication to ensure customer satisfaction and to keep customer educated on emerging industry trends related to the customer's needs.
  • Maintain a consistent 'pipeline' that enables meeting and exceeding quota attainment. Activities to support pipeline and account activity include, managing timely detailed responses to RFP's, tracking activity, forecasting, conducting competitive research and knowledge of Neubus' product offerings.
  • Maintain an active presence in industry associations (ARMA) to increase Neubus' awareness of best practices.
  • Responsible for final account sales and revenue growth through leading negotiation process and ensuring an acceptable on time outcome from a solution proposal, pricing, profitability, liability, and SLA perspective for accounts to meet and exceed quota attainment.

Proven Qualifications:

  • Strong background and knowledge of strategic account management, records storage facilities and records management solutions selling.
  • Proven success in translating the customer need(s) into solutions.
  • Proven sales skills and needs identification by aligning unique insights to key customer priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills and business acumen for effective decision making.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of Neubus and customer personnel (to include c-level) on a wide range of topics and issues.
  • Create demand by understanding specific vertical market business challenges, delivering entry point value statements, value propositions, and by identifying the key buying influences in a complex sales environment.

Education/Skills:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Must have strong technology, negotiating, presentations, sales & marketing, and customer management skills. Success will be judged by your influence skills, leadership ability and expertise to discover, anticipate, and evaluate customer needs, to assess markets, and to prepare and deliver well thought out business cases.

 

Salary:  Up to six figure total compensation (based on experience and qualifications)
